Transfer: Making It Happen (TMIH)

The TMIH program was enacted in 2000 to encourage high school and community college student to seek education opportunities past graduation. The legislature selected the Cal-SOAP to act as the coordinating partner in collaboration between California Community Colleges, California State University, University of California and Private/Independent colleges. Cal-SOAP projects shall include this program in their activities and administer it according to the law, policies and procedures outlined in the “Transfer: Making It Happen Planning Manual” issued by the Commission on March 1, 2002.
