Basic Eligibility Requirements

Eligibility:

o SB county resident 14-21
o Have the right to work in the US
o Out-of-School Youth
o Registered with Selective Service (if over 18 and Male)
o Have at least one of the Qualifying Barriers:

 Deficient in Basic Literacy skills
 Out of School
 Runaway
 Homeless
 Foster Child
 Pregnant/Parenting
 Youth Offender
 Youth requiring Additional Assistance
