Family & Youth Services

CAC’s Family & Youth Services specializes in reaching ‘at-risk’ youth and families in achieving their goals for self-sufficiency through a diverse group of programs and community partnerships

Our programs work with both youth and their families, so that support for the child continues into the home environment. In certain programs, one-on-one case management services allow for a stronger connection with the youth we serve, and assist with accessing a wide variety of community partners.  Our partners are equipped to provide a full-range of needed services to many of the youth and families we serve.
