CAC is teaming up with the State of California to offer services under the Low Income Weatherization Program (LIWP) to residents in the Santa Maria area. The LIWP program offers solar powered hot water heaters, LED lighting upgrades, insulation, power strips and other measures to help residents save money and save the planet!
